Specificaties
The Polini Evolution Variator for the Honda SH 350i, ADV 350 and Forza 350 has been developed to maximize the performance of the scooter's automatic transmission, improving acceleration, responsiveness and shifting progression.
The Polini Evolution version is designed for riders looking for a more comprehensive upgrade than a standard variator. With its complete kit and specifically calibrated components, it provides a targeted improvement to the CVT transmission, resulting in a sportier, more effective and progressive response.
COMPLETE CVT TRANSMISSION KIT
The kit includes the key components required to optimize the automatic transmission:
- Movable pulley half
- DLC-coated variator pin
- Fixed pulley half
- Contra spring
- 13 g variator rollers
IMPROVED ACCELERATION AND RESPONSE
The setup with 13 g variator rollers provides a quicker response under acceleration and helps keep the engine operating more effectively within its ideal RPM range.
The result is a more responsive and dynamic riding experience, with stronger initial acceleration and improved response while maintaining smooth and progressive power delivery.
DLC-COATED VARIATOR PIN
The DLC-coated variator pin is designed to reduce friction on the sliding surface. This helps improve the precision of the mechanical operation and contributes to more consistent performance over time.
POLINI FIXED PULLEY HALF WITH OPTIMIZED ANGLE
The Polini fixed pulley half completes the Evolution system. Compared with the original component, the pulley angle has been changed from 14° to 13°. The recalculated geometry is designed to optimize drive belt operation and improve the effectiveness of the transmission's shifting range.
The combination of these components provides a comprehensive upgrade to the automatic transmission, delivering quicker response and more effective, progressive power transmission under different riding conditions.
