The Polini Fixed Half Pulley for the Honda SH 350i, ADV 350 and Forza 350 has been engineered to enhance CVT transmission performance and maximize variator efficiency.
Compared to the original fixed half pulley, the Polini version features a redesigned 13° pulley angle instead of the stock 14°, optimizing belt operation and extending the transmission's shifting range. This improvement delivers faster throttle response, stronger acceleration and improved performance at higher speeds.
OPTIMIZED CVT TRANSMISSION PERFORMANCE
The fixed half pulley is a key component of the CVT system. Working in direct contact with the drive belt, it plays a crucial role in transmission progression, belt movement and overall drivetrain efficiency.
Its specially developed Polini profile ensures more effective power transfer, even under demanding riding conditions.
When paired with the Polini Hi-Speed Variator, the fixed half pulley completes the transmission upgrade, providing smoother power delivery, quicker acceleration and a more responsive riding experience.
