Drawing on Polini’s extensive experience in scooter transmission systems, this variator kit is specifically designed for the QJ MOTOR SQ16 Euro 5.
Immediate Performance Upgrade
Once installed, the variator is already configured to provide optimal performance without the need for major adjustments. Installation is straightforward, allowing you to benefit from improved acceleration and smoother power delivery immediately.
High-Quality Roller Set
The Polini Maxi Hi-Speed Variator is supplied with a set of 20 x 17 mm, 7.5 g rollers. The rollers feature a special coating made from nylon and aramid fibers, designed to maintain excellent resistance and smooth sliding performance over time.
Optimized Transmission Efficiency
The roller tracks undergo a special polishing treatment to reduce friction and improve the progression of the transmission.
Great attention has also been paid to construction quality:

Upgraded Compression Spring
