The Polini patented lubrication system is engineered to maintain consistent performance over time, reduce component wear, and ensure smooth operation even under heavy load.
Quality is evident in every detail: the polished roller guides improve sliding, while the nickel-chrome steel pin with DLC treatment guarantees reduced friction and high resistance to wear.
Polini’s attention to manufacturing precision is confirmed by the fact that each variator is individually balanced to ensure maximum operating smoothness, reduce vibrations, and allow the belt to work correctly and consistently.
The kit is complete and allows you to immediately choose the transmission behavior according to your riding style.
